When we got up we found out we couldnt get the bus till later in the afternoon and it only takes an hour, so we thought we would try and get the see the Petronas towers again, in ture claire kat and coop fashion we got there at 9.45am and were told the next time to go up to the viewing platform was 5.15pm, 5.15pm!??!?! seriously? DOH!

So we just headed off to the bus staion :) made it to bentong for about 4.30pm it was only on arrival that we realised that the "Malay tourist board" brochures are crap!! the first place we asked about the elephants sanctuary had never heard of it? um? slightly worrying considering we had headed off to somewhere that wasnt in our guide books and to a place where noone spoke english, oh, and did i forget to mention that we had bought a Malay phrase book which is the biggest load of crap EVER!

We managed to find a 'budget' hotel VERY BASIC with a lovely chinese man who undertood us a little bargain at half the price 1.60 pounds per person per night :oD this is the first place we have been to where we are attracting a lot of attention and are getting stared at quite a lot, i little off putting but funny all the same :o)

Next mission was to try and order food :os the menus were all malay and it was very difficult to try and navigate the crap phrase book and make ourselfs / the menus understood :oD eventually a lovely man from the kitchen came out to try and take our order :) food we ended up with was quite nice and to date no one has been ill so pritty good going i reckon :)

Since we werent in a tourist area we ended up siting on the hotel roof with our tourches drinking beer and then went to bed :)
